
he Manhattan Firefighters Association is proud to offer the Todd Burke Memorial Scholarship through the generosity of Firefighter/Paramedic Todd Burke’s family. Todd Burke exemplified the dedication, compassion, and commitment that define a true first responder. His legacy continues through this scholarship, which aims to support the next generation of emergency professionals.
One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a resident of the Manhattan Fire Protection District who is pursuing a degree in Fire Science or the Medical field at an accredited college or university.
Applications and accompanying essays will be reviewed by a committee of members from the Manhattan Firefighters Association. Selection will be based on the applicant’s dedication to community service, academic goals, and alignment with the values Todd embodied throughout his career.
